Want to Volunteer? Lend a hand? We need your help! This year volunteers must take two-three hour shifts (split on different days). Volunteers will get a complementary pass to the event!

Rules for Volunteers:

No drinking-2 hours prior to or during an event you are monitoring
Volunteers must be on time for their shift or they will lose their complementary passes for the weekend
Complementary passes are only offered to volunteers
No smoking while monitoring events

QUICK TIPS

This Quick Tip Guide will give you the information needed to insure a wonderful weekend up at Big Bear.

Bring sun screen. You will be vacationing at 5,000 feet above sea level, the sun is stronger.

Drink plenty of water, it is important to stay hydrated at this high an elevation.

Bring a beach chair, towel and blanket for the beach party (no food may be brought into these events). Lunch can be purchased at Bee's Barbecue on site of these events, sorry, house policy, not ours.

If you are interested in renting boats, canoes and or jet skis, we will have a rental booth set up at the Meet and Greet on
Friday Night at the host hotel. If you wish to Rent for Friday, contact us and we will put you in touch with the vendors.

There are banks, ATM'S and plenty of restaurants in Big Bear. Many restaurants and stores are offering discounts to attendees holding Event Passes.
