Boat Rentals
Below is a listing of what is available for rental while in Big Bear Lake. Please contact The Pine Knot Landing Marina and ask for Erin or Mike at 909 866 7766 to secure your reservation. For other waiverunners, jet skis, parasail and jet boat information please contact Big Bear Parasail Watersports at 909.866.IFLY (4359), or wally.weber@hotmail.com (be sure to mention Big Bear Adventure Weekend).
A Bus will run daily from the major hotels to the marina from 9:00AM to 8:00PM. Bus tickets are $15/day or a 3 day pass for $30. Parking passes will also be available for the weekend for parking at the marina for $12/ Day. Tickets will be available at the Northwoods Resort at registration and at Friday’s meet and greet. A representative from the Marina will be available to answer any questions you may have on watercraft rentals and for reservations. Please review the FAQ’s on Rentals at the bottom of this page.

Pine Knot Landing Marina-Rules and regulations for all rental boats
- Infants, children, and adults are all considered passengers. Lake Patrol views anyone with a heartbeat as a passenger, regardless of their size.
- Dogs are allowed on the boats and again, they are considered passengers and must be counted in your passenger total if you bring them. You are responsible for any messes they leave on the boats. Animals are not allowed on the seats.
- Coolers are allowed on our boats. If you leave a mess on the boat and the dock hands do more then the necessary, there will be a cleaning fee charged.
- You are allowed to bring alcohol on the boat, but just like when driving a car, the driver of the boat must stay sober. 21 is the drinking age. Lake Patrol enforces these rules on the lake, and any one caught breaking these rules will be responsible for any and all fines and forfeiture of the deposit.
- No barbeques are allowed on the boats.
- Lifejackets and safety equipment are all provided.
- Prices include rental rate, gas, and tax. The price is a flat rate.
- Children 12 and under are required to wear lifejackets the entire time when out on the lake, those lifejackets are provided with the rental.
- There is a $350 Security deposit on all the fishing boats, 22 foot pontoons, and 25 foot pontoons
- There is a $450 Security deposit on the High Performance pontoon boats
- There is a $50 Security deposit on all the kayaks
- If you have a reservation, we ask you to be at our marina at least a half hour before your rental time in order to fill out the paperwork, do the boat inspection, and get you out on time for your rental.
- You are provided with rules and regulations of the lake and during the rental of the boat you must abide by these rules. Failure to do so runs the risk of forfeiting your deposit and fines from Lake Patrol. The customer is solely responsible for any and all fines given by Lake Patrol.
- Swimming off the rental boats is not allowed.
- Towing of any kind behind the rental boats is not allowed.
